Whatever you ask in prayer
Matthew 21:22 And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”
I often hear people say God doesn't answer my prayers, but let me ask you do you sit quiet and listen for what He has to say to you. Remember it's not in our time that God answers our prayers but in his time.
Most of you know we have 3 kids, Ben who was born with a hole in his heart and the Dr. kept telling us he had all kinds of health problems, as well as MS and wouldn't live to be an adult and then I can remember the day that we went to his Dr. and he didn't have any more signs of MS any more, Ben said praise God He healed me. Zack is our youngest he had 2 holes in his heart and the Dr. didn't think he would ever come home from the hospital well God showed them they were wrong. But Christina was the worse, she wanted to be born 8 weeks early so they gave me medicine to keep from me going into labor and I was suppose to stay in bed for the next 8 weeks and any one who knows me that just can't be. I stayed in bed for about 2 weeks and that was enough I prayed that night please God if she will survive please let her be born tonight. A few seconds later I went into labor, wow talk about prayers being answered. The Dr. thought I was nuts when I told her God said she was going to be born tonight. So she tried to stop the labor again which made both mine and Christina's heart race and I thought we were going to die right there. Ernest got the Dr. and she said well she's going to be born tonight. They told us she was so bad that she wouldn't make it thru the night. I remember that night Ernest and I praying all night and the next day the Dr. came in amazed that she was doing better and would survive.
So what I want to say is God does answer prayers. Let me end this with a prayer. God I want to thank you for answered prayers, whether they are the answers we want or you telling us to wait on you. I know you have our best interest in mind. I ask these things in Jesus Name Amen
