God never gives up

7.6.15 God never gives up
God Never Gives Up
God moves us forward by healing our past! Can he really? Can God heal this ancient hurt in my heart? Of course He can. In fact, God cares more about justice than we do. Paul reminds us in Romans 12:17-19, “Never pay back evil for evil. . .never avenge yourselves. Leave that to God, for He has said that He will repay those who deserve it.”
We fear the evildoer will slip into the night, unknown and unpunished. Escape to Fiji and sip mai tais on the beach. Not to worry. Scripture says, “God will repay,” not “God might repay.” God will execute justice on behalf of truth and fairness.
Unlike us, God never gives up on a person. Never. Long after we’ve moved on, God is still there, probing the conscience, stirring conviction, always orchestrating redemption. Fix your enemies? That’s God’s job. _Max Lucado_

God Never Gives Up - Not Ever! Love...What is it? Love is Commitment. Caring, unceasing commitment. Love governs the universe. Love is not a what. Love is a Who. Love is God! God is Love! He is Holy and Pure Love that is guileless, passionate, tender, and kind. Unfailing! Far more than being a mere sentimental or affectionate feeling, Love is a Person who is Caring Commitment in ACTION. Love reveals Himself in deeds, deeds done in truth. Integrity! Love - God Himself - never fails, therefore He always succeeds. So we can count on Him - even when we can not count on ourselves - at all times, and in all realms, in all worlds. Forever! (I John 3:18, I Cor. 13:8)
This is the Good News of Jesus Christ: not that we loved God, but that GOD LOVED US, and (freely!) gave His Son as a propitiation - a Love Sacrifice - for our sins. For the sins of the whole world! Through His Son’s love sacrifice, our Heavenly Father is reconciling ALL creation to Himself. He has covenanted with us to set all of us - every human being ever born - right with Himself. To "justify" and rightly align us with Himself and His good heart. What does this mean? It means our Heavenly Father loves us with WHOLE-HEARTED COMMITMENT. It means God never gives up on ANYONE - not ever! His ever-active love is unfailing. So it will succeed in freeing everyone of us from all deception, confusion, bondage, tears, sorrow, and pain - somehow, some way, some day! (Isa. 25:7,8, Rev. 21:4,5)

I found this story while studying this morning, I hope you enjoy it:
One day a Man in
his 30s got fed up and decided to
quit...."I quit my job, my
relationship, my spirituality, Infact
I want to quit my life"... He said.
Then He went to the woods to
have one last talk with God.
"God! Can you give me just one
... good reason not to quit?" He said.
But God's answer surprised him...
"Look around", God said. "Do you
see the fern and the bamboo?"
"Yes",The Man replied. Then God
continued..."When I planted the
fern and the bamboo seeds at the
same time, I took very good care
of them. I gave them light. I gave
them water. The fern quickly grew
from the earth. It's brilliant green
covered the floor. Yet nothing
came from the bamboo seed. But
I did not quit on the bamboo. In
the second year the Fern grew
more vibrant and plentiful. And
again, nothing came from the
bamboo seed. But I did not quit
on the bamboo. In the third year,
there was still nothing from the
bamboo seed. But I would not
quit! In the fourth year, again,
there was nothing from the
bamboo seed. But I would not
quit! Then in the fifth year a tiny
sprout emerged from the earth.
Compared to the fern it was
seemingly small and insignificant.
But just six months later the
bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.
It had spent the five years
growing roots but six months to
Shoot to the Sky! Those roots
made it strong and gave it what it
needed not just to SURVIVE but to
be SIGNIFICANT amidst its peers. I
would not give any of my
creations a challenge it could not
handle because I love them too
well!"
God said to Him...
"Did you know, my child, that all
this time you have been
struggling, you have actually been
growing roots." "I would not quit
on the bamboo. I will never quit
on you. Don't compare yourself to
others."
"The bamboo had a different
purpose than the fern. Yet, they
both make the forest beautiful."
Your time will come and You will
rise high! "..God said. "How high
should I rise?" The Man asked.
"How high will the bamboo rise?"
God asked in return. "As high as it
can? The Man replied. "Yes!"
God said, "Give me glory by rising
as high as you can!

Dear Friends, He will
never give up on Us because We
are close to His Heart. Never regret a
day in your life. Good days give
you happiness and Bad days give
you experiences. Both are
essential to life! A happy and
meaningful life requires our
continuous input and creativity. It
does not happen by chance. It
happens because of our choices
and actions. And each day we are
given new opportunities to
choose and act and, in doing so,
we create our own unique
journey...Keep going...

Remember,GOD WILL NOT GIVE UP
ON YOU! DON'T GIVE UP ON
YOURSELF!!! You wanna ENJOY life?
ENDURE it first!

So even when it seems like all is lost and people may do or say mean things to you leave it to God to take care of the situation. God will never leave or forsake you. God never gives up on you, read the above story again about the fern and the bamboo. God created us to be in His image and to go out and tell the world about what He's done in your life and what He is going to do. Remember keep your eye on the goal and never look back. My goal is Heaven and I hope that is your goal also.

God I think you for never giving up on me even though I know some days I deserve to be given up on. Please forgive me where I fail you, because I know I do stuff that maybe I don't even realize I do that displeases you and I'm sorry for that. I know from experience that you've always been by my side. I've had good times and bad times and your always right there with me. Please be with my facebook family and friends and know I love you and I ask these things in Jesus Name Amen.
